Cover
Executive brief
One page with the decision in front of the reader, the overall rating, and what drives that rating. If a reader has time for one page, this is that page.
Scope and method
What was asked, which questions were answered, how the work was done, and what it could not cover.
Subject profile
Findings about the subject, each with its source. No subject is named on this page.
Product and value chain
From raw material to finished product. Each stage can show where it usually happens and the main exposures.
Laws and regulations
Rules that bear on the decision, with status and a plain summary. Counsel for the reader confirms how each applies. None are listed here.
Ratings
A finished report uses Low, Moderate, or High. A risk score is likelihood times impact. Likelihood and impact are each a number from 1 to 5. This page does not assign a number or a rating.
Sources
Every finding in a finished report links to its source. The report shows when the source was published and when AetherVett read it.
Gaps
Anything that could not be read or checked is named. The gap stays open. It is not filled in.
Alternatives
Other products, countries, suppliers, and routes, when the reader wants another path.
Options for the decision
The decision is the reader's. The report lays the options out side by side.
